Can I import my Apple Music or iTunes playlists?

Yes. Export your library from the Music app (File → Library → Export Library) and Selecta Tool will load all your playlists directly onto the crate builder. It handles file relocation automatically if your tracks are stored in Apple Music's internal folder. You can also export your crate canvas back as an iTunes XML file and import it into Apple Music — two-way workflow, no manual entry.

Does it work with music on external drives?

Yes — Selecta Tool supports multiple drives simultaneously. It detects your internal drive and all connected external volumes, manages each drive's Serato folder independently, and lets you merge or browse them separately. No manual path configuration needed.

Can I preview tracks before exporting?

Yes. The Live Library Inspector has a built-in mini audio player. Click play on any track to preview it directly — no need to open Serato or any other app. Supports MP3, AAC, AIFF, WAV and FLAC.
